Terms of service

You must be 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of any child who uses the app under your account. The account is yours; children play under it without their own login.

Memberships are billed monthly in advance at the listed price and renew automatically until you cancel. Founding Family rates apply only while a membership remains continuously active.

You can cancel any time from the Account screen. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months, but if something went wrong, email us and we will sort it out.

Plan features are listed on the pricing page and may change as the app grows. If we materially reduce what your plan includes, we will tell you before your next renewal.

Please do not resell access, share your account outside your household, attempt to break or scrape the service, or use it in a way that could harm other families.

Some lessons, stories and character lines are generated automatically and filtered for age-appropriateness. If anything slips through that you would not want your child to see, tell us and we will remove it.

ELAARIA is a supplement to, not a replacement for, teaching. We work hard to make it effective, but we cannot promise a particular educational result.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen, which removes your data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will explain why where we can.
